Good store to grab quick things but you definitely have to check the produce closely. I would absolutely not buy any meat from here, i did twice and what a mistake. You are taking a big chance purchasing it here and it always looks gross.

Bad customer service behind the cashier. I’m trying to send money the girl she doing the lotto. At that same time She always make a mistake. I recommend everybody if you wanna send money to go somewhere else.

I tend to go to this place when I’m desperate for an item. However I will not be returning, notice a smelled of rotten meat by their beef freezer and when I went to get slice bread the bread bag was eaten through by what looked as a rat. I brought the item to the service desk and told them that they had a rat problem the young lady said no that it’s a squirrel. Really squirrels, I laughed and walked away.

Staff always seem friendly but no quality control. Just ran in to buy Sofrito and there were multiple containers with white mold growing on the outside of the container as well as mold on the shelf the sofrito was sitting on. Staff did not seem concerned nor surprised.

This use to be my go to place as I’m originally from NY and it reminds me of food back home (especially the hot food section). My last visit I got expired fruit which had a date for over a week to go still on it, expired bag of sweet potatoes and exported meat which also had a date for being good for over a week. I was only able to bring the sweet potatoes back as smelling the expired entail and fruit almost made me nauseas since I’m pregnant and I couldn’t see how I would take it back to them in a bag. That will be my last visit there. Quality control is a 0. The staff are usually very nice tho. They need a raise and the food has got to go
