Worse place you will experience in your whole life. There is no other store like this one, that will take as long as this one to unload your trailer. There is times where I’ve been waiting to get unloaded 13 hours +. BE PREPARED DRIVERS

I wish there was a zero star option. This place took 11.5 hours to unload my truck, and reading other reviews, I think we were lucky. I had to cancel a reload I had for my driver and it screwed or weekly plans. I don't even think we are getting detention and if we do, I highly doubt it will be more than $200, which is just not worth the trouble. Stay away from this place. Anytime you are taking a load to Tolleson, ask if the receiver is Fry's/Kroger. If they say yes, do yourself a favor and tell them "no thank you".

Worst facility I have ever dropped off to they dont respect drivers time. My drop off time was 10pm I arrived early at 9pm. It's 2pm the next day and I'm still waiting for a phone call to pick up paper work. Truck was unloaded around 10am and I'm still here waiting. 13hrs to unload 17 hrs plus to complete delivery. Im still here waiting for phone call ridiculous service

Will run you over your time. Say you can park in the "pit" it's always full! Leaving you to park in the way. They won't let you sleep. Continuing to knock on your truck telling you to move.

Check in 3 AM they called me for door 6 AM and unloading finished 11:50 AM. Minimum 6 to 7 hours waiting time here for unloading. Prepare yourself from now.

10/28/22 10:45 pm This place is fry’s if you accepted a load from a broker here before you turn in your paperwork make sure that you put in your layover time because that’s what it is a minimum of four a maximum of 11 hours waiting on a door or getting unloaded this is the worst place to haul freight to if your owner operator make sure you get extra money at $140 an hour for your truck don’t let them lowball you after two hours of waiting on the door then start charging one minute after two hours just like they doing any other business
