I contacted Andersen Bros. on their website on a Thursday evening for emergency septic service. My toilets were backing up and were unusable. I received a call back at 7:30 AM the following morning and they had a technician on site by 8:30. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged intake pipe, uncovered the system and had it repaired in less than an hour. To access the tank, he had to pull up part of our patio and dig up a flower bed. He put everything neatly back in place and left the site as he found.
To be honest, I expected to be out of service for several days at the best. I was amazed that the problem got resolved in less than a day, for a very reasonable price.
I switched to Anderson Bros for septic service this Spring after my original provider retired. I couldn’t be happier! They are very professional, highly qualified, extremely responsive and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

On 9/13/24, 8pm on a Friday night, I called about my septic tank backing up all the drains in my house. Mario called me back promptly, scheduled to come out first thing in the morning and communicated the estimated cost in advance. Saturday, 8am, he called to communicate he’ll be there by 9am, as we agreed upon. He came exactly at 9am and went straight to work. He explained the process to me as he was working, and included education on what caused the problem I had and what preventative measures I can take in the future. Mario showed me the problem as he was fixing it and I appreciated being involved in the process and learning what I can do to maintain my septic system. It was not an easy job and he worked wonders. I don’t know if septic companies have regulars but I intend to call back for Mario for any future septic issues. Thank you!

Ethan called me around 8:00 & said they would be here in 10 to 15 minutes and they were right on time. He was very easy to work with and they got right on the job. Unfortunately I did not get the other gentleman's name. They completed the job professionally and successfully in about a half an hour.
