I would go 5 stars but not until the get rid of the 2 maybe 3 young people at the front desk. They are super rude and seem to have the stereotypical entitled young person syndrome. Watching what seemed like social media videos and not wanting to be bothered by annoying customers.. They were very short with us when they did interact, stimulated by us the customer, and once we were in there obviously looking at handles and could have used some help they didn't engage at all.. Sure we could have asked for help, but this was after we had learned that these folks were only going to get annoyed if we did.. so we left.. We've also had these notably bad interactions with these people on the phone as well.. maybe they are the owners kids and that's why they act the way they do..
Liz is great, if you go there and Liz isn't there and your only option is one of these useless people then turn around and go somewhere else or come back when Liz is there..

This review is long overdue. Apple Blossom took my 1985 country oak fronts and turned them into a sleek modern look and brought my home into the next century! It was a fraction of the cost vs replacing. Thank you for being so patient with me. We replaced about 42 door fronts. Everything turned out so beautiful. We did our 1980 wet bar into a wine bar. Our dining hutch with stained glass fronts changed out with new glass. Our master bath vanity the 1990 maple fronts.

We remodeled our entire home from floor to ceiling and used multiple vendors and contractors. Apple Blossom is far and away the best people we've interacted with.

We've ordered ten doors + hinges and hardware + baseboards/trims/mouldings for the whole house over a span of 2-3 years and Apple blossom has been amazing every single time.

The team has consistently gone above and beyond spending time to help us design each step. Tony always makes sure we have every detail right for the doors and Melissa and the rest of the team spent hands on time helping us style and construct all the trims.

If you're in the Tri-Valley area, Apple Blossom is the best there is.

I love the service and quality that Apple Blossom provides the San Ramon Valley. Pocket door with predrilled mortise prepped panels with dozens of styles and colors. I think they sell the best closet sliding doors...standard sizes to 96" high and everything between by special order. Soft close hardware and mirrored on both side, brilliant, it illuminates the inside of the closet by reflecting light.

We first arrived in the showroom, where we were BARELY acknowledged by anyone. Someone who appeared to be the office manager swiftly walked past us and into her office. An older man at his desk didn't even bother to lift his head. Finally as we stood there for a minute or so, the woman asked if they could help us with something. As if we were interrupting the office in general. Um, yea, we're here to buy a door? A young man, says he can try to help us however once we say we are looking for exterior doors, (and the older man is now up and trying to scurry past us) the young man says to him, "Tim (Dougherty), can you help them?". Tim, without even looking at, or acknowledging us, tells the guy to "just show them around and give them my info, I gotta get something to eat".It was as if we weren't even there. My husband and I stood there with our mouths agape and then walked out the door and vowed never to return.
Good luck to this local business. I know that I will never recommend doing business with them. No wonder their prices are so high. They need to make up for all the lost potential clients that walk out the door only to promptly leave when they are treated so poorly.
