Great place! Staff are very helpful and direct with information. (Ask the right questions) If you're looking for an instant buddy you should go somewhere else. The internet is full of sites that you can chat with a rep online and give you that experience. These guys have saved my my butt on several occasions, whether it was having the right part in stock (and they're relatively convenient to get to) or offering a helpful tip for a suitable walk around. Thank you for being there! It's not easy for neighborhood stores in this day and age.

Went to this place because of the good reviews, but in reality that was not the case. I asked about the price of the spare part and gave the model number etc. He quoted 20-30 dollars but the item cannot be return. I did some research on the part it cost approx $120 online but you can return. I thought since it is $20-30, it is worth the risk.

So I drove all the way down to this shop, he then told me the parts was $210 !?!? I thought I misheard the quote and asked again, he said it is $210. I told him that I called the store before and was quoted $20-30. He immediately brush it off by saying it was not him.

Do yourself a favor and order it online, not only it is cheaper, some store even accept returns.

Overall it was a bad experience, the owner seem arrogant and did not offer any help and say it is company policy. I have been to other store where the owner tries to help you to identify the problem as much as possible. After all that is a value a shop can offer where online store can't.

I just don't understand how it can have 5 stars review.

Called and gave him the part number, said he had a few in stock. Came to the store and he shows me the part and says its just like the other part, i brought the belt with me and it wasn't the same and he tells me its what it is and goes to the phone. Blows me off. Wont look up anything or try to figure it out, waisted time with this jerk! Go anywhere else!!

Let’s face, you never think about PARTS STORES. You don’t see PARTS STORE billboards – let alone TV commercials. But when some part in one of your many appliances has failed — worn out or whatever — you need a good parts store — NOW.
This store stocks all kinds of parts – for stoves, frigs, washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners, etc. The thousands of parts are stacked in the back. Unlike most parts places that are cluttered and even dirty, the front is open and spotless – with only a few common parts on display to assure you that you’re in the right place.
The business is run by a husband-wife team. (I assume she’s the one who makes the place look so tidy.) In any case, Daniel really knows brands and machines and parts, but his computer tells him what’s in the back and where it is. (By the way, he looks like a Marine or a football player, but he’s friendly and very helpful.)
If you must replace an obscure part, he can typically have it for you the next day. (That was the case for a part for an LG washer. Daniel texted the next morning to tell me the part was ready. Great service.)
