After dealing with the old owners For over a year and a half with no help. The new owner Contacted me and was confident he would be able to get my equipment up and going. Via phone conversation of an hour and a half(at no charge) He was able to determine the problem and fix it. After 17 years of owning the aqua massage, I finally ran into an issue, I accidentally damaged the sensor of the rotation motor. Throughout the whole process, the owner was there for me and willing troubleshoot situations that arose until we figured it out and now the aqua massage is ready to be used for hopefully another 20 years, thanks to the aqua massage team.
