Sorry guys but the manager doesn't care about her job and gets angry whenever customers come by. There was also a finger nail in one of the sandwiches. Floors are dirty too.

This is the first time I have hone into this store. It was clean and was well worked. The staff was friendly. My complaint is that i ordered a classic beef n cheddar meal to go. When I got to my destination about 10 minutes away, I opened my sandwich to find that there was literally maybe a couple drops of cheddar on the sandwich. Very disappointing! 🙁 I cannot add pictures but did take some.

It is unfortunate that this place has gone downhill. Unique food but the service provided was less than. Cleanliness is a huge hit as all stainless steal behind the counter is filthy. They messed up my order and I was the only one inside ordering. Not greeted when I entered. It was a waste of money considering they are rather expensive. And I felt bad for the one person trying to be attentive.

The manager here has been here for awhile, and she does a great job running the place. Today I went in and ordered my usual. I like my crinkle fries extra crispy. Laurn, a gorgeous young lady with beautiful black and blue braids, realized after she gave me my order that she'd given me the wrong fries. I honestly wouldn't have even noticed because my fries were pretty good. But she made a point to bring me the extra crispy ones to my table and apologized for the mix-up.

In today's world this level of service is above and beyond and is deserving of recognition.

Saw the commercial for the Big Kahuna sandwich and I had to try it. It was worth every penny! Ham and brisket on a chicken sandwich is great but the sauce and the Hawaiian roll bun puts it over the top!

Waited at drive through ordering for over 5 mins. Proceeded to window, paid about a minute later. And then waited over another 5 minutes. Food was barely warm. Awful, will not go there again.

Food was okay, staff was okay, prices weren't terrible. Nothing special about the place except for the restaurant was cleanest fast food restaurant in all of the restaurants that I've been to in North East Kansas and North West Missouri. Didn't go into the bathrooms but the tables and floor were impeccable.
