We took a small item, metal base, to ArcPro Professional Welding today relating to our Halloween Decorations. Their service is outstanding. They repaired our base the same day, and provided additional strengthening beyond the areas that needed to be repaired. The staff was friendly, yet professional even for this small job. It's always stressful trying to find someone who is good at what they do, charges a fair amount, and won't take your money if they honestly can't do what you need. When I contacted Ted about working in the frame of my 1992 Jeep Wrangler he was honest and said he would have to look at it in person before confirming he could do the work. He even told me what I could do to get the area ready to save some labor hours. I scheduled a time with him for his mobile welding service and he arrived on time. After a brief assessment he got to work. Within two hours he was all done. I had read horror stories of people paying several hundred dollars for this type of repair so I was prepared for the worst. The repair consisted of welding plates on the frame to repair a classic failure in the Jeep design. Essentially the area at the rearmost part of the frame, where the shackles mount, gets filled with water, mud, etc. and eats away at the frame from the inside (no drain holes). With Ted's advice I had the Jeep prepped and he got to work quickly. Before I knew it he was done. The Jeep is now all patched up and ready to go back on the road. His labor rates are posted on the website and there were no hidden extras. I've attached before and after photos of the repair. The after photo is of the area painted because I primed and painted the repair right after he left so I could put it back together the next day. Anytime I need anything welded in the future I won't hesitate to call Ted up.

The craftsmanship and professionalism is nothing short of astounding. I have had 2 mustangs visit Ted for weld on subframe connectors. Both received professional welds and he even applied paint over the top to seal it and create a beautiful product. My first car also received jack rails and this required some additional massaging due to damaged pinch welds. Ted took the time to straighten them out inorder to put out quality work. Truly amazing work.

Have had Ted do several things for me from simple fixes for my company on skid loader trailers to remaking some very heavy duty hinges on my large equipment trailer all the way down to my fun stuff with my race truck they have been able to weld anything and everything I have put in front of them and got it done in a timely manner. I contacted ted at arc pro and explained that i had a complete custom wishbone upper control arm on my car that got ripped off my frame. not only did he do what I asked to repair it. he used his vast knowledge on structural fabrication to make sure that part never fails again!
