Nate always answered his phone/text immediately.
Very personable and professional.
The crew was very friendly and gave attention to all details.
The crew cleaned up the property with a magnet when the job was finished and hauled off the cut shingles and wrappers the shingles were bundled in.
All shingle lines appear straight.
Worked into dark to finish the job in one day.
We’re very pleased we went with ARK Roofing and highly recommend them.

It is so reassuring to meet people who are honest, hardworking people who do what they say they will do and more and do it with a smile!
Nate is just that type person. I immediately felt I made the right decision when I called Ark Roofing and Gutters.
Our gutters were horrible and hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in several years but Nate said, "they're not too bad." He came cleaned the gutters...we have many gutters! And, the price was very reasonable.

Great Service. Very efficient. They were in and out within a day and even assisted us in negotiating with our insurance company. Nate is an all around good guy. At no point did I feel he was trying to upsell me or squeeze for more money. He genuinely wanted to help and meet expectations.
