James was very snappy and hostile and had no hospitality over the phone with being asked about the services they offered and resources. I would get zero stars if I could don't come to work if you're gonna have a bad attitude !

We went to request Army Emergency Relief as we are PCSing and this pandemic has the budget tight. While they were quick to assist us, they did not actually assist us. There is no assistance with the move nor for our pet. Thanks ACS.

I went to get advise and request and Army Emergency relief so I can pay for the car registration, and didn’t get any clarification or any reason behind I was being denied the service.
