I dont usually write reviews, but I think I had to this particular time. Just because of the great experience that we had with Mohammad and his team. As most people we met four different contractors just to get a different perspective and different ideas on how to proceed forward with our home remodeling. We tried to educate ourselves as much as possible before we met with the contractors but no matter how much I looked online for different ideas, prices, ways to move forward it ultimately sounded like we needed to meet with experienced who could take us to the next stage of the remodeling process. At the last minute we ended up actually meeting with the fifth contractor because it was a highly recommended contractor who I just done remodeling for our friends. Each contractor had different ideas as to how we could make the existing home modern and budget friendly. One thing I enjoyed about Art Tech Corp and Mohammad was that everything was laid out there were no gimmicks or trying to sell us more services than what we needed. We knew what the budget was , what we had to do, we just needed help to be able to get us to the next stage of remodeling our home.
Everything went smoothly, perfectly in our remodeling project. New kitchen, New Bath, New living room and flooring !

We had water damage from a burst pipe in our kitchen. The damage required replacement of all the wood flooring, new drywall, new molding, and countertops. Art Tech stepped in, and made a bad situation turn out great. They kept everything on track and gave sound advice when we had questions about options. The workers were always on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up the area when finished. The finished product is outstanding. If you need work done whether planned or unplanned, you just need to send them an email. They are honest and dependable.

After a long and extensive search back in 2019, I was recommended to Art - Tech by a contractor that was not able to complete the job I needed to get done in Williamsburg. Scheduling an appointment with Art - Tech was easy. They arrived at my house and prepared a quote for the work I needed. The quote was a fair price. Mohammad was very flexible with my schedule as they had to work around the roofing and solar companies. They showed up when scheduled and did excellent work. Extra time and care were taken to ensure the work matched the rest of the home. Staff was very friendly and did an excellent job explaining the process and the timeframes. After that project, we hired them to do basement remodeling that was another fantastic project . I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their renovation done.

I would highly recommend Art – Tech Construction Corp on your next project. The floors at our office were caving in due to rot and deterioration of the existing wood. They replaced all floor joists, sub flooring, and laid new tiles in our office in a very timely manner and total area was about 4200 SQF. Art tech gets a 5 Star Rating from us.

I used Art-Tech to remodel my 2-family home. The job turned out well and received many compliments from family and friends. Mohammed was a great person with which to work. He was very responsive to all of my questions and addressed concerns I had immediately. In addition, he thought of ways to help me save money and offered various solutions to enhancements I wanted to make to the property, including converting the home heating system from oil to an electric HVAC system with a separate unit for each apartment.

First and foremost, I want to state that I paid top dollars to Mohamed to build me a new roof, I had brand new gutters. I specify that the roof should be six inches over the building on the sides and one foot or more at the rear. Mohamed said he is a professional architect. Also, claim to be in business for 20 years he was just in his midst 30🙃. When he stated that he finished the work?the first look I told him bad work (he denied) the very next day rain came and flooded the first floor my property management company BJD and Mohamed came to me say that they fixed the problem, less than two years I’m having the same problem, I Call Mohamed he denied the problem cause by him called the management company he said I haven’t worked with Mohamed close to two ( what should I do now stuck with a bad job)🙉
