I had hearing aids from Costco before and I can tell you from experience going to a place like Ascent Audiology was a godsend for me. Yes, you’re gonna pay a little more but the people who work there are dedicated professionals who make sure that you have The best experience with your hearing aids. Tracy my audiologist is the best at her job. I would explain a situation and she will make the adjustments accordingly. The last visit was to fine fine fine tune the aids. I explained the last problem that I had and immediately she corrected the issue. Now I can enjoy being around my grandkids, different environments and especially talking to my friends without them complaining what did you do? What is that that I hear or me saying “ what was that you said”. My best experiences wearing hearing aids..👍TY

The audiology team at Ascent was wonderful and flexible with us. In my rush to leave the house, I forgot to bring Mom’s insurance cards. They accepted photos of them afterwards. Then, the team adjusted according to my mom’s needs and abilities during the testing. In their very gentle way, they got her to understand and accept her need for hearing aids so that she can be safe and prevent further cognitive decline. Thank you!

Staff is friendly and efficient. They made me aware of what type of devices I would need to improve my quality of life since my current devices were not up to the job. They also assisted with insurance and AARP to receive the best price possible.

I am so grateful to have been referred to this location! I learned so much about my challenges: tinnitus, hearing loss, balance loss, etc. and how they tie together. I got my hearing aids and, literally, my life has changed for the better. Anna spent a lot of time with me, and is very thorough. She is really easy to talk to, and gives clear responses. The entire staff is really pleasant and helps to ease anxieties. I highly (highly) recommend this location and, again, am so glad I finally got here!

Mellisa took time with me to make sure I was satisfied with the adjustments made to my hearing aids. I appreciate that she did not rush me or try to pacify me when I felt the adjustments still needed some fine tuning.
