This an amazing store! Tons and tons of variety and so much Asian stuff, loved it! Found some rarest items to buy! Loved fresh produce and local items from Kerala. It is Ray’s moms name brand. We tried plum cake and sweet plantain chips, both were good. Seema Rays father grow some of the vegetables locally, which is awesome to get locally grown Asian vegetables!

The garden alongside the parking lot is where they get a lot of their fresh veggies. And if you've seen that garden, you know just how impressive it is! Also, the manager has helped me with ingredients more than once. He enjoys talking to the customers and is always friendly. The shelves are jammed with goods-it's an adventure to peruse them. I feel lucky that this grocery is in my town!

Very wide variety, quality products and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner went above and beyond a few weeks ago for me when I came in looking for an item. He didn't carry it but said he'd order it, I came in today and there was a whole case of what I had wanted. He has a great sense of humor and takes his customers seriously. I will keep coming back here!!

I’ve been a regular customer of Asia Grocers for at least a year traveling from Newington every alternate week purchasing at least a $100 worth of groceries until today when I came back asking for a refund for a bad papaya, not knowing that you need the product back as a proof. I showed the receipt of the purchase which was only a few days back and showed the photos of the rotten papaya which I threw away. But business here is not like other supermarkets or other big Indian grocery stores (Indian Farmers Market or Apna Bazar). Apna Bazar just got a permanent customer 😄

Once again they failed to provide the service as promised. A commodity rang over priced at the register and they will not honor the policy posted. Guys watch out for price discrepancy at the check out

My mom and I just went into the Asian grocery in Cromwell because for mom it was a blast from the past! We wanted to see how things have changed. They have really expanded and we got wonderful advice on Indian foods to try cooking this week. We learned about Indian Bitter Melon and how to prepare it from Reynold, ( I am assuming he’s the owner ) what a great guy!

It's a bit quiet grocery store in a rather rundown location. Very big store inside, huge selection of easy Asian special foods. Very big empty parking lot. Fruits and vegetables are not really high quality, not fresh (especially the fruit), and most are sold right out of cartons.

Go here for special and specific foods, cans, and jars. The selection is very good.
