It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone over the phone during normal business hours at Assemblyman Fong’s office, and if you are “lucky” enough to receive a call back, you’ll get the pleasant experience of interacting with a rude receptionist lady who seems annoyed at the very fact that somebody has the audacity to ask for assistance. Tax payer dollars well spent?
