Alex Lee is not a dermatologist and should not introduce broad sweeping bills to limit people's ability to care for their dermatological needs with the OTC products he deems as "anti-aging". He is not qualified nor educated in skin care medicine to be able to ban OTC products. Many people may not be able to afford to see a dermatologist for acne or skin problems. By eliminating the ability to buy OTC skin care products, the proposed law would create undue hardship for young people.
