I wish I had read all the reviews before I placed an $1800.00 order for some boat parts in March of 2024 and after eight months of hearing it's on backorder from the manufacturer I decided to try and find them through a different source and I was able to get them within a week so obviously they never ordered them. I contacted my credit card company and they are going to open an investigation into this matter and I'm sure they will be able to resolve it. I requested a refund back on November 20th and I still have not received it and they are no longer answering my emails. Do not purchase anything from this website as they are just full of lies.

In 2023 and 2024 I made a few satisfactory purchases from this company, but in fall 2024 I ordered parts which never came after 3 emails that they were backordered. However, they did not bill my credit card for those parts.

I ordered a Helly Hansen jacket on 7/20 and paid in full. Said shipping 1-3 days. 10 days later no jacket. When I finally got a hold of them they said my order wasn't in stock, but a more expensive jacket was, so I ordered that on 7/1. 3 weeks later -still no jacket and Shop app perpetually shows "ordered". Customer service is a voicemail box, and email responses are very slow. I emailed and asked for a full refund and then got an immediate message that the order had ben shipped. Finally received the alternate jacket on 7/29 - 6 weeks after the original order that said in stock with 1-3 days shipping.

Do not order from them. They are flaky and unreliable. I ordered a PFD from them on 4/13, it’s now 2months later and I have not received the product nor seen that it shipped.

I ordered a PFD for foiling from them 4/13. Several weeks went by without any update. Finally, I contacted them and they said the item was out of stock and would be replenished 5/10.

5/10 comes and goes. No update.

I reached back out 6/7 and they said that the item would ship in a few days. Apparently, they had forgotten about my order for a 2nd time. There was no explanation or sense of “sorry, this isn’t our normal business practice”. Order still hasn’t shipped. I’m starting to question whether this whole business is a scam.

Items were apparently out of stock, despite me being allowed to place the order, and not filled or communicated with me. They charged my credit card immediately for an order they did not have in stock to ship me. A week and a half later I contacted them and they told me they could refund my money within 1 week or I could wait for an undetermined amount of time. A scam company!!!

A scam “business” that will take your money and not send any items nor contact you about it.

I had an order over $700. Estimated arrival was 4-7 business days. It has been a month and I still have not gotten my items. First my order was put on hold so it wasn’t shipped even after the end of the arrival date. I emailed them and that is how I found out there was a hold on it. They did not contact me about it. I answered their question and was eventually told it would go out early the following week. It has been almost two weeks since I was told that and my items haven’t been shipped. I emailed again asking why they hadn’t been shipped and if I should just cancel my order. They have not returned my email. That was a week ago.

I have also tried calling during week days at various hours throughout the day all going to voicemail. I have left a message with my name, order number, and my contact information and still haven’t heard back from them.

Same experience as everyone else. Over two months ago I placed an order of an "in stock product," was immediately charged and then radio silence. Very hard to get a hold of them. Two weeks ago they said it shipped but gave me no tracking number and nothing has arrived. I am now cancelling. Will see if that is successful.

I’ve placed 3 orders with Atlantic Rigging. Although I eventually received everything I ordered, it took months. It’s not clear how much inventory they have on hand. While they promptly answered my order queries, their standard reply was ‘the order will ship in 2-3 days’, which was mostly false. They repeated this falsehood on multiple occasions.
