We had a great experience with ARI. First off, their pricing is very competitive. We had four quotes but immediately knew ARI was for us when we met their estimator James Coach. He was so knowledgeable that he stood out. ARI has all of their employees obtain Tile Roofing Institute certification so we had confidence we were in good hands. Our new roof is not only beautiful but was installed with the highest attention to detail. Everything looks perfect! From concrete roof tile, fascia, flashing/coping, custom gutters, ARI delivers the best quality. We also highly recommend the radiant barrier OSB sheathing instead of traditional plywood. House is quieter and cooler during high temperatures. Numerous people who live in our community have walked by and commented on how beautiful our roof is. Some have asked for their business cards. ARI stands by their work and won’t seek payment until the job is done to your satisfaction. Trust me, this is close to unheard of in this day and age. We would use ARI again in a heart beat. Many thanks to James, Kelsey, and our super superintendent Daniel for taking such good care of us. Their crews are second to none so we wholeheartedly thank them as well!
