This place is an absolute clusterfuc*! Bunch of trucks all trying to pull in and no where for them to go. The scale you have to pull onto and then back off of and people are blocking you in. The people here are pretty nice so 2 stars for that reason. Docks seem to have enough room unless of course you get trapped in. Saw the good year blimp fly over, that was cool. Taking a star away because the checking out process is just as much of a problem, Just horrible, not enough room, and slow. I've been here over two hrs The loading itself was pretty fast.

Easy Peasy to get loaded here and very friendly lady in the shipping office.
OTR - pull in the entrance and go straight. You’ll see docks on your right, do not turn that way. You must onto the scale by the shipping office and go check in. They will give you a door or ask you to wait around back for a phone call. Pull ahead, go over a second scale that you can ignore and circle the building to return to the front to back into a dock. Once loaded return to the scale, grab your scale ticket from the lady and off you go.

Stop complaining,I have been picking up at this place forever and never have no issues so leave your problems somewhere else before you get there, then you will stop complaining,I heard people talking about blindsided, let me tell you something this place have plenty rooms to back up to any doors without a blindsided so if you can’t maneuver, the company have nothing to do with that, and their very fast loading and unloading.cut it out guys.

Pull onto scale directly ahead of you, then park get out and go to office directly next to scale. Then either back off and pull around or go around facility (hug building) and back
Into dock. Either tape the scale paper or weigh it down with something when you put it in trailer (pro tip)

Avoid this place. It's far worse than the satellite shows, with construction and barriers, obstacles everywhere. You go around the entire building to the scale by exit sign, check in. If you are unlucky they will send you offsite where it's a 360 to a blindside 90 in the mud to an inside dock that you can't see from the truck. You'll have to avoid getting stuck in the mud as well as the corner of the building. Stay away unless you enjoy this kind of thing.

From 9s take exit 33 and turn left on Christian. Cust is 1 mile down on the left. Take the 1st entrance, park your truck in front of the scale and go inside. Not the fastest but not the slowest either.

Very respectful people, relatively fast loading (1 to1.5 hour max) place is tight because of construction though. I’d come back here because I like to give business to people with personality👍🏻 Not five star because of construction
