My service advisor Hugo was so helpful in scheduling my recall repair. We communicated over a few days when I was arranging to drop off my truck.

I met him this morning to drop off my truck and the check in was so smooth and the repair was done in a short amount of time as promised. The truck was even washed for me.

I loved how professional the staff was. The General Manager James really makes you feel at home. I drove off the same day with a good reliable car. Only downside to this whole experience was the fact that they only have one finance guy. I feel bad for the guy honestly because he had so much on his plate , and I can only imagine what he deals with on a day to day basis. I just hope they show him the appreciation he definitely deserves. All in all thank you guys and God bless

My wife took my 2020 ram 1500 with a little over 30,000 miles to get an oil change. The service was done on November 27th and the truck was picked up the same day. The truck was parked and not moved for 4 days. My wife took it to work the following week and Monday of the week thereafter. We noticed fresh oil spots on the street where we park our truck but didn’t think much of it because other people also park their vehicles in the same spot. Well on December 10th I moved my truck from in front of my driveway and when I walked back I noticed that there was now oil where the truck had been parked. I proceeded to inspect the undercarriage of the truck and the oil plug and its surroundings were full of oil, I could clearly see oil dripping from the pan. I drove my truck to the dealer immediately and I spoke to the service manager. The manager was no help at all, he told me that it could be an issue with the oil filter leaking or anything else and that once the vehicle was inspected that he would have a better idea as to why my truck was leaking oil. Before I left the dealer I had him look underneath my truck and he was able to verify that the truck was indeed leaking oil and that there was oil on the ground left by my truck. I asked him to call me first thing in the morning to verify what the issue was with my truck and he agreed.

The next day I did not receive a phone call and when I picked up the truck later in the evening I asked to speak to him. I met with the manager and very arrogantly told me, “Yeah it was oil residue from the oil change.” He explained to me that when the oil change was done that oil came out from the oil filter and it was somehow stored in the engine compartment of the truck and that since the technician didn’t wash that out it was causing the spill, making it seem like the truck had a leak. I showed him photos of the large amount of oil spill that was in the street where I park my truck and he said it was the residue. The truck had been driving for over a week and the truck continued to spill oil, yet he continued to say that it was oil residue. The fact that he couldn’t take responsibility over a mistake/negligence from one of his technician is just absurd. Here are some photos of the oil stains and the undercarriage of my truck.
