AV Builders gave professional advice and set correct expectation for the job along with very competitive proposal/quote for our 1300 sqft rental house rebuild/addition/renovation. On top of the quality delivered per specification and permit, Alberto and team were very responsive and flexible dealing with the LOTS of unexpected and changes throughout the construction period - they were very nice people more like friends than the regular construction crew we normally dealt with.

Albertto possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent contractor: he knows his market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very understanding with his clients.
