Avanti has a wonderful product but their customer service and follow through and communication is as bad as I’ve ever seen. We did a very large scale project for a large general contractor in Billings, Montana and they failed to furnish the required parts to complete the job as a result, we had to find the product locally to the tune of $10,000. Although they have said that they will make good on it and reimburse us for our expenses. It has been greater than six months with a continual promise to come through yet it’s still in process every time we inquire about it. It even went so far as to have the CEO send me a picture of his feet on the beach with the water behind while he was on vacation promising to take care of it as soon as he got back to the office. Unbelievable.

Customer and GC requested an Avanti system on our project. There was a total lack of communication. We barely got through the drafting stage and had to provide the customer a different supplier because of all the unread emails and unanswered calls. Dealt with some rude people. Also, wouldn't return required documentation to ensure payment. Almost had to plan a trip over there just to force someone to do their job and return the documents. They kept all our deposit even though they did nothing.

Matthew and his entire team are fantastic. i highly recommend using Avanti for all glass project needs. My entire staff loves the new look of the office and our clients are always impressed when they walk into our firm. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Dealing with the Avanti System team has sucked. They need to be more responsive to emails or phone calls and have yet to meet a date given by them. You pay for everything upfront without their team's commitment to helping you meet your deadlines. We are finished with the project and can't get lien waivers where we can get paid, and again, we have yet to get any responses to emails or calls.

The process with Avanti was great and easy. Install was very smooth too. We absolutely love the look of our glass walls in our office. Everyone who comes into our office mentions how nice they look! It looks so modern and clean. Working with Avanti and their technician / installers has been an excellent experience. We highly recommend them and their product.

Was a very poor experience. They left multiple items off the order when it shipped and sent incorrect parts so we had to supplement those parts at our own expense to meet the timeline. We tried to get a credit and even shipped back some pulls back to them at our own expense because they told us they would provide a credit if we did so, but it's been about a year and can't even get a response from them at this point. Very poor customer service.

Avanti Systems is the worst, most unprofessional company my firm has EVER worked with. Bruce Young should be fired along with majority of its staff. CEO Mathew Gordon should be beyond ashamed of his companies performance and inability to serve its clients. They have not communicated with us from day one unless attorneys communicate the entire duration of our project to give their team "a push" to simply do their job. I have ensured their relationships with AIA, architectural firms and associations will be terminated and I look forward to this entire company collapsing to the ground. I highly recommend this firm be avoided AT ALL COSTS. Good luck.

We had an Avanti system installed in our office in Anguilla BWI in 2005 and are very happy to say the system has served us well over the years with no issues at all. In fact it survived the most powerful hurricane experienced in the Caribbean, to date, hurricane Irma of 2017. We couldn't believe it when we walked into a water soaked office where some of the roof had been lost and yet our Avanti glass partitioning was still standing strong. We would recommend this company!!
