I previously wrote a review 4 months ago about these two individuals, Fanny and Nelson Grande, regarding their company Support Our Story and in-turn Avenida Productions. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a direct link to the previous review so I uploaded screenshots discussing my experience. These people attempted to scam my non-profit production company but we pulled out after many concerning red flags. Please don't work or collaborate with these companies and individuals, especially if you are an independent filmmaker.

From my first phone call with Nelson, and then our first meeting with Fanny, and until the check arrived, Avenida delivered on EVERY promise. They are experts in crowdfunding, filmmaking, and they make things happen.

With their help we ran a successful Kickstarter campaign for our film, GARAGE, during the pandemic! It's safe to say we would not have felt confident running our campaign when we did without their help. Since our campaign ended in October, we shot our film in early November, and now we are in Post Production. We're so grateful! Thanks Avenida!

I'm a director & production company owner. We recently filmed two days at Avenida and cannot talk highly enough about the experience. They painted their white cyc to green screen for our shoot and supplied us with everything we requested. The Avenida team are wonderful humans, delightful to work with and very responsive. As a Black Female Therapist turned Executive Producer/Screenwriter, Avenida Productions completely changed my life!! From the beginning Nelson believed in my story and accepted me as client. He believed in the importance of promoting mental health and counseling for people of color. Fanny is the secret sauce! With her support, encouragement and strategies I was able to raise over $21,000 in 30-days during a pandemic!! When I felt like giving up, she pushed me and helped me see my own strengths and that I actually do have a great community of supporters. Because of this team, I am producing my very first feature film focused on mental health in January 2021!! It’s truly a dream come true. I am forever grateful for their support. They are my family now lol. I love you guys!!!
