The best meat around! Wonderful prepared food too. Excellent butchers and great service. But be prepared to pay for it. They have awesome seafood too.! visiting the store is a real treat. Always something new and different.

I’ve driven past this business for years and I finally got to try it on January 12th. My wife was in the auto industry for many years and was familiar with the business. She booked them to cater our employee holiday party for about 15-20 people. We had the steak tips, chicken picatta, lasagna, Mac n cheese, and a mixed salad. The trays were packed in boxes and the employees came out to the car and loaded my vehicle. Everything stayed relatively warm inside the boxes until it was time to eat. A few things were put in the oven just to make sure. I absolutely loved everything and the steak tips in my opinion were amazing. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Very impressive to accomplish this in this setting. I look forward to trying this place for lunch next time I’m in this area. Great job guys. Everyone absolutely enjoyed this meal. Thank you

Clean, excellent products, friendly service. Sandwiches made to order. Quality meats and ready made brisket. Prices are high to match quality. Some of their expensive cheeses aren't worth it. Great baked confections and other sweets. Overall a great store but it better be, you sure pay for it.

Absolutely love this place! From the fresh deli sandwiches to the premium quality meats/seafood to the extremely well curated items on the shelves, Avon Prime Meats has it all and then some!! All the staff are incredibly helpful and kind! This place is an absolute must for anyone planning a nice dinner at home!

As someone who’s tried marinated steak tips from almost every spot in town, I can confidently say this butcher shop has taken the art to another level. They’ve perfected each flavor to the point where I keep going back, no matter how many times I've tried them. Their Firecracker, Maple Bourbon, Signature, Sweet Thai Chili, and Japanese BBQ tips are mouthwatering staples at my cookouts, and everyone I know talks about them long after the plates are clean. They’re always the highlight of our gatherings, packed with flavor, tender, and always cooked to perfection.

One day, I decided to take a leap and try something unexpected: Mountain Dew steak tips. Now, as a dentist, I’ve spent years advising patients to avoid Mountain Dew—it’s practically a sugar bomb for teeth. So, a soda-flavored steak tip was… well, a little outside my comfort zone. But curiosity won out, and I figured it was a one-time indulgence.

I also developed the ability to read minds, which has come in handy at town meetings—and admittedly, around the dinner table when I want to know who took the last slice of pie.

For a while, I kept my powers a secret. I wasn’t sure anyone would believe that steak tips could create a superhero. But after realizing just how much these powers have improved life for my family—and even my town—I’ve decided to share the secret. Seriously the best meat around. Truly out of this world prime steaks. I also bought a fantastic lamb rack - larger than most racks and not gamey at all. You will pay a pretty penny but it's worth it for a special occasion.

I run a local farm that raises heritage breeds of pigs for meat. When I called to inquire about smoking services, I was spoken to very rudely by the young girl who answered the phone. She was dismissive, and she hung up on me while laughing with coworkers regarding my request to “bring in my own meat.” Further questioning or a simple no would have sufficed. This was completely unprofessional, and unbecoming of a business that values customer service.
