Shipping guys are too cooperative. As we'd a pickup appointment @ 2 pm but truck got there at @ 4pm. Still they accomodate the driver and loaded the truck within half an hour. We appreciate for their help. Thank you!

If your a driver avoid this place they close at 4:00 pm I got there at 3:10 and they refused to load my trailer then lied to CH Robinson and said I sped out the yard so they refused to pay me tonu fees the lady was rude at the check in window so I returned the energy and this is how she gets even I guess fuel is 5.30 way to much to be playing with owner operators avoid this place if you’ll be there any where 3pm they are lazy and don’t want to work.

Can you teach your “ yard dogs “ to drop a trailer properly , what’s the point of leaving the trailer so damn high . Waste of my time. Something that’s suppose to take me 10 minutes is now 35 minutes. Have you guys ever cranked down a landing gear before when the trailer is too high ? Maybe you should do you can see why I’m complaining . In person it’s higher then it looks

Absolutely horrible shipper/receiver in terms of wait time. Recommend not showing up early for appointments going to be waiting all day either way.
