Wow!
From the moment we met Bob & Lisa to the present moment (not even a week into our new home), we have been impressed. This experience has been as smooth as it could possibly be. We were building from out of state and I was worried about not being here, but when you trust your builder, it makes it so much easier!! We quickly learned that they had our best interest in mind & that really helped us feel at ease.
Whether you’re a first time home builder, like myself, or a third time home builder like my husband, you will see how great Bachman Custom Homes is at streamlining the process, striving to keep you happy, maintaining a good relationship, & providing a high quality product! The majority of their work is done in house, which sets them apart from other builders & is definitely a benefit to their clients, as they seem to have more control over what’s happening. The trades they did outsource were great as well. You can tell they know their community & have searched out & found reputable people to work with.
I don’t know many people who reach the end of their build & still love their builders, but we do. They have been a dream to work with. Great communication, expectation setting, honesty, keeping us on budget, being up front, holding to the timeline (or super close to it), providing options & feedback, & just being awesome! The level of integrity they operate with is so refreshing. We just adore them & their crew professionally & personally & we would highly recommend them & would build with them again in a heartbeat!

Not even sure where I begin. This is my 3rd time building a house! You know what they say 3rd time is the charm.

I told my wife I never wanted to build again, because of how awful my experiences have been. My wife convinced me and several months later I could not be happier with two things:
1- Our builder Bachman Custom Homes (Bob & Lisa)
2- The finished product (beyond my expectations)

Working with Bob and Lisa Bachman was the best experience ever. It is their goal to make sure you’re 💯 satisfied and happy. They are some of the most authentic and genuine people I know.

Would I recommend them? The answer is YES! In fact you’re missing out if you don’t use them!

Even if you don’t want to build find a home they have for sale, it’ll be the best home you could ever buy!

Personally I’m honored to be able to call them our friends. We’re grateful to have met them and to be able to carry on this friendship for years to come!
