Quality products! I have purchased their Front and Rear Bumper + Skid Plates. Having aluminum for all three components has save me over 350lbs in weight savings compared to other products on the market! This directly translates to better performance and gas mileage on my vehicle (It also gives me the liberty to add products and weight elsewhere). Craftsmanship of the product is incomparable to other fabricators (oftentimes, having to deal with their pride too.. *rolls-eyes*).

I surprised my wife with the drifter rack for her 5th gen 4Runner and the 40” light bar. My experience with BWAM (backwoods adventure mods) was just the best. I called and talked to the sales guy for a good 20-30 minutes just asking questions and he answered all of them easily and even gave me suggestions on how to install the light. Picking up the product was great as I am local here. After I thought I was finished installing the rack I called and talked to the same sales guy and said that something looked off. He told me to send pictures and he’d call me right after he got them. We talked about what I had done wrong and I fixed it. They were so easy to talk to, customer service rocked and the product looks great and my wife loves it. Thank you!

Writing this review because I just had one of the best customer service interactions. Well beyond what I would have expected.

I ordered 2 lights from them a while back. I needed different brackets so I placed an order last week but only ordered one bracket. J.O from Backwoods called me and said "I noticed that you ordered 2 lights a while back and only one bracket. Did you mean to order 2 instead?"

And that was just the beginning of the amazing customer service. I am now a customer for life! Great work, J.O.!

Backwoods Adventure Mods makes some of the highest quality offroad and overland parts in the game. Decided to go with their lightweight hybrid bumper (aluminum shell and steel winch cradle). Beyond stoked with how the front end of the 4Runner turned out. Definitely considering more Backwoods armor and fabricated parts for the life of this build. In addition to the product quality, the packaging was also pretty dialed. The bumper showed up on a pallet wrapped and fully enclosed with a branded box. You don't usually see that in this industry. Well done Backwoods.

This company is absolutely amazing! They do care about customers!:) the company who installed my bumper in Minnesota couldn’t figure it out. I drove down here for it to be checked out/and for work. One of the engineers had me setup an appointment to check it out. He had it adjusted and lined up properly in less than 15 mins. Ty, Evan, and Josh went out of their way to make sure everything is was perfect before I left the property.. I highly recommend this company!! Products are absolutely amazing!! I’ve referred all of my friends to this company!! Thanks guys for helping me out!!!

Good people here, their pricing is also very competitive. Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The aluminum bumper was shipped zero issues, and is flawless construction.
