The furniture store itself and the staff are great! However, if you’re wanting something in a timely manner you’re better off going to Anchorage. They never have what you’re wanting on-hand which means it has to come from Anchorage and they don’t have trucks coming down often enough considering it’s only a 3 hour drive. I was just told it could be 3 weeks until we receive the furniture we ordered which I think is beyond ridiculous! Very frustrating especially with how expensive their prices are now.

We love Baileys because of the wide variety of furniture to choose from. Every time we go into Bailey’s the employees and staff our very polite, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are always able to answer our questions. The warehouse staff always packages things for us so nothing gets damaged.

My first experience with Bailey’s was not so good so I was hesitant on going back but my daughter needed a bed frame and you guys definitely outdid yourselves. Everyone I talked to and with was beyond helpful, kind and explained what was in each box. The guys in the wear house were very professional.
