Bought a service agreement with Baileys on our new couch and love seat. Love seat stopped reclining. Called Baileys there maint guy ask me to trouble shoot the electrical. Did what he asked no response since. Paid $400 for the policy. I was told to email the maint guy he will not receive my emails. Trying to get Baileys to make good on my maint. Policy.

Everyone was friendly from Steve the Mgr to Julie and the guys in the back. I love my new recliner. Customer service is stellar and the prices were great. Good job.

It's ok. Everything sold as is, quality is ok, nothing special ( inspect all your furniture before you leave with it). Prices are ok. I went there having no high expectations and everything was just what I was expecting. No issues but nothing impressive either. Exactly what you would expect from clearance center

I've been buying furniture from this place occasionally for years now. I like that they have everything for EVERY budget. Beautiful pieces are sold there, recliners and couch are on my list. they have mattresses that are rolled in the box, and foldable frame for it , no need to rent a truck to deliver
