I ordered a cap topper on last Wednesday and I didn't receive it until Monday. I needed the topper on Saturday for graduation pictures. I paid for expedited delivery. Also, the tracking number given was for FedEx which was invalid. When I received the item, USPS delivered it. This was my first time ordering through Balfour.
