Off the charts excellent. Every single staff has been superb. The CEO posts his cell no on wall posters throughout hospital and encourages you to call/txt. You actually get a reply. You won’t be disappointed here.

My spouse was recently there for a partial hip replacement. The staff from top to bottom were outstanding. The doctors were caring and concerned. The nurses and aides were all fantastic. They took wonderful care of her. The front desk folks Cheryl, Donna and the transportation volunteers were all the best. Olli and Ronnie of the valet service were terrific too. All in all, my wife received outstanding care.

I visited the ER via ambulance and there was no wait time for a room. The nurses, technicians and doctors there worked expeditiously, professionally and compassionately, covering every angle to get to the root of my issue. I was very impressed. At discharge, all details were explained and backed by paperwork to further read at home. I can't say enough to highlight how great this hospital is.

My family was so pleased a few nights ago when we had to bring my 91 year old mom to the ER after she fell. She was in immense pain in her back, and every single personnel we encountered during the 4.5 hour stay was exceptionally friendly, caring, encouraging and treated my mom wonderfully. They also were great with my brother and I. The staff members who we observed chatting with each other in the hallways were upbeat and seemed like they like their work. We'd like to give special shout outs to nurses Sonia and Kyle, Joyce who took her back for a CAT scan and gave her a hug, and Dr. Robert Kaliappan. Everyone showed nothing but kindness and professionalism. Thank you all so very much!

Clean, basic care was provided overall during a 4 day stay after lung surgery. The ICU staff was excellent. After being moved to a room on 4th floor the nurses varied in their knowledge, concern and care. Some did the basic , some I had to remind them the doctors orders (walk patient 4 x day), some were excellent. It was not consistent:(. Definitely need to be advocating constantly for your loved ones and stay on top of their care because otherwise they get the bare minimum. They don’t use the “white board” other than name so u never know the plan of care unless you keep asking. Not horrible but not great either.

They're a joke! I wouldnt take my dog there. I had to call charge nurse so I could stay because I have Covid and have been so sick for 6 weeks. The occupational therapist said what do you want us to do and I said make me feel better after being dx'd with Covid. They're also checking for valley fever bc I have every symptom. The hospital pulmonologist even said that. I have Multiple Sclerosis and the hospital nuero was awful questioned me on why I see two MS specialist and warned me about seeing both in the same day like I'm stupid! The nurse Jackie on the observation floor was talking about me getting bp med that I've taken for 23 years bc it was low. Now it's off the charts and I told him over an hour ago. BE AWARE BC THEIR CARE SUCKS. I should've gone to Dignity but went against my better judgement.

My mom has been in this hospital for 12 days and not once have they sponge bath her. She came in with a fracture hip. Therapy went once and sat her on the chair. (I don't think that is therapy) and came back after her being sitting for 3 hours just to put her in bed. There is a lot of elderly here that all staff don't care for. Mom is ready to leave the hospital and now they are saying it's being delay because of her insurance. She has United Health and Medicare. I don't think this has nothing to do with it. The doctor has already discharge but waiting on paper work since Friday. I called to today to see what is happing. Hope they speed the process and I can bring her home before she dies there.

Dr Savage performed open heart surgery on me in February of 2024 at Boswell hospital. The surgery was aborted due to Dr. Savage piercing a vein midway through the surgery. Long story short I almost died, I required a second open heart surgery, I have a DVT that causes my leg to swell and neuropathy in my right foot that hurts all the time. I can honestly say having open heart surgery by Dr Savage was the worst decision of my life.
I went into the hospital relatively healthy and am now far worse.
I have a list of complaints against Dr. Savage and Boswell hospital who have accepted zero responsibility. Don’t trust the Testimonials.

Just a quick update, Banner post a link asking for more information and they haven't reached out to me as how I believe the situation could have been resolved.
But they are sure quick to reach out if you owe them money.....
Just another example of a company that doesn't care.
