John quickly responded to my call for help to repair a small but complicated base on our fireplace mantle. We'd removed the raised hearth and were left with bases needing carpentry work. John arrived on time, was professional and fast. He was reasonably priced too. I am so glad to find a local handyman and will be calling upon him again!

Sprinkler System Repair.
We found a large leak on our lawn irrigation system, it was a cracked fitting on one of the main piping runs coming out of the valve box. John was able to come out same day, sent a text when he was on the way and arrived at the scheduled time. John made the repair quickly and efficiently with minimal damage to the front yard (Had to dig about a 2 foot long trench to make repair). The price was very reasonable. Great way to treat a first time customer! Will definitely use again in the future!

John is my go-to handyman. Over the years, he has replaced a broken lock, fixed two gate latches, cleaned out our dryer vent, repaired a damaged duct piece, replaced and repainted rotted window trim, replaced two bathroom faucets, and replaced the seals and innards of two toilets. He's honest, fair and thorough. Call him to help keep your home in tip-top shape!

John came to the rescue when I tried to install flooring in my office. Ever the optimist (having watched videos on-line) I thought it was a DIY project. Never mind I am not a youngster anymore. He did an awesome job and is now scheduled to lay the flooring in my guest bedroom. In the future I’m going to stick to what I know I can do - and it’s not flooring installation. Thank you, John!
