I shop here all the time. I've got tens of thousands of dollars worth of exotic hardwoods in my shop that i got for a tenth of retail. My entire workshop is kitted out from there. Dewalt/Delta/Mikwaukee/Bosch. The girls over in the materials section are friendly and helpful. The fellas over with the lumber are super nice and unlike the box stores actually know what they're talking about when you ask them a question.

If I could give negative stars I would. My boyfriend went in to buy supplies for a renovation (mind you planning to purchase around $600) when an older lady came up to him and accused him of yelling at one of her employees out of the blue. He respectfully told her that he had not and he didn't have a clue of what she was talking about.. she continued to appear as if she didn't believe him, still responding negatively. He ended up leaving everything behind and left without making a purchase. He asked the employee she was referring to on the way out if he had done/said anything for her to accuse him of and THE EMPLOYEE even said he had no idea what she was talking about. He does a lot of flips and spends A LOT of money on supplies but will never set foot in there again. If losing customers is what you're there for then great job. If not, I suggest you get control of the crazy lady someone has also referred to in their review. As for the other review who stated that it's ok for people to follow customers around and harass them, if you haven't experienced it then don't comment on it. Terrible place

B&B saved me a lot of money when building my house! I bought a tub, hvac unit, caulk, cabinets, 1x12 cedar, tools, multiple stick vacuums, ring cameras, ceiling fans, versetta stone, portable ac units, patio tables, deck boards, fire extinguishers, etc. It’s a big place , so if you can’t find it just ask! They are always very helpful!

The woman who works there won't allow more than 2 people in the store at a time. Refused to allow us to use our company card. Just utterly disrespectful. I hope management realizes all of these negative reviews for your company are because of this older lady. I won't come back.

They had tons of flooring and he couldn't get to it and no one would try to We'll try to show you what kind it was and And half the stuff that's in the pictures is not in there?We came there to get a vanity For a remottal and couldn't even find one of those And they're all over in the pictures
