In 2023 we had two cow elk needing to be processed. When I called there was two spots reserved. Drop off was easy and turnaround was in two weeks. The meat comes wrapped and in very convenient boxes. A full freezer and I will do business with them again.

One year later (2024) we were fortunate enough to harvest another cow elk for processing. This animal was processed two ways (A and B) and it was so easy. When we picked up the meat it was seperated and packaged well. This is a great family run local business who treats their customers fairly.

My boyfriend went here to get his elk processed and had a great experience! It took two weeks for about 180 lbs of meat and they saved the bones for our dogs. Pickup was super easy, they loaded everything for us and we were in and out within 10 minutes.

The best in the biz. Joel and Kristi are wonderful people and run a great operation. Bring in your elk, deer, antelope, bear, or even a yak and they will process it to perfection. Thanks y'all! ?

Joel runs a clean shop and the quality of his products equals or exceeds everyone else at a great price! I’ve had two deer and two antelope done here with zero complaints and all smiles with the product. Jalapeño cheddar brats and breakfast sausage I can’t recommend enough!

Super nice people and they processed my elk perfectly. Don’t let the small house like setup fool you. These are top notch butchers and I would give them ten stars if I could.
