We hired Beau Vaughn to serve as the DJ for our wedding. After meeting with several others, we felt so comfortable with Justin. His professionalism, knowledge, care, and thoughtful answers to our questions gave us confidence in him and his team. On the day of our wedding, we were fortunate to have Justin serve as our DJ. He moved the evening along and even made up time that was lost during family photos. Our guests commented about how much they enjoyed the music he played. Throughout the event, Justin went above and beyond through clearing dishes, making sure the cake forks and plates were ready for the cutting, and helping things go smoothly overall! Justin takes pride in his work and the work of his employees. It is obvious Beau Vaughn is not just a business to Justin, but a way for him to truly support and care for people on special occasions.

Everything went perfect for my wedding, and part of that reason is because I chose Beau Vaughn for my photographers, DJ, and day of coordinator. Jason and Becca did amazing on our photos, even with fighting the windy day! We danced all night thanks to Bri and her DJ skills. And Mendy and her daughter were so incredibly helpful with setting up and making sure the wedding and timing of everything went smoothly.

Video was below expectations and I went through and emailed all the exact edit instructions to the second and still was very underwhelming. The videographer was so nice, like helped with set up, but what I really needed was an exceptional quality video. Overall the shots were mediocre but not great. I think the service should be $500 based on the footage. For example, they got video footage of the sign that had our itinerary but did not have any footage of the welcome to the wedding of sign. I also really was interested in the drone. I had to get approval from our venue, all of the emails had Beau Vaughn copied, and they politely approved however in the end there was no footage. I inquired after the video was first sent to us and they had to get back to me. When they sent over the edited video, they made no mention of the lack of drone footage or anything but made SURE to mention that my very expensive package only included one edit…. I appreciate the footage, but I think it was just under qualify in which I paid for.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had the Dj and Photo booth service for a work holiday party and it was phenomenal. We had many compliments throughout the night for our choice of DJ service. Justin takes care of everything and knows how to get the dance floor going! The photo quality and print outs were great! We hope to use this company again for following years.

We are so glad to have hired The Beau Vaughn team for photography, videography and DJ services. They did such an incredible job even prior to hiring them. They shared expertise on other vendors that we were looking into based on their experience in the wedding industry. They customized our packages just as we asked to make them include all that we wanted to capture for the day. Our Dance floor was Hopping the entire time and the DJ was incredibly professional and fun. Justin and his team the day of our wedding made our day run smoothly and they went above and beyond to find ways to anticipate anything that may come up. We had some anxiety about how the day would all come together but after our final meeting with Justin the week before our wedding we truly were at ease because we knew we were in good hands. And they delivered such beautiful work, the videos and the photos are beyond our expectations and they captured everything we would have wanted and more! Thank you Beau Vaughn for capturing our day and helping to make it a perfect day.

We hired Beau Vaughn and were left speechless with their performance! We were lucky enough to work with the incredibly talented Justin which made everything a breeze in this area. We recieved an extensive form a month prior that helped us let him know exactly what we were wanting. When we were finally able to meet over zoom, he came with all the advice we could have asked for and we took a lot of his suggestions. His song transitions were smooth and effortless, he kept the party going all night. Not once did we have an empty dance floor. Definitely take his suggestions because this man knew what he was doing! The cold light sparks were such a wow factor that kept going all night. You should see the pictures! But the photobooth is a must have for guests and for the couple. Our guests really enjoyed the props and the photo opportunities with loved ones and friends. We really loved the take home book of everyone that got their photos taken that night. Such a memorable souvenir to look back on! If you're even thinking "oh that would be fun", Do It! It was so worth it! Beau Vaugh is the only way to go for your D.J. and entertainment needs!

Our Wedding was Stellar!!! We were initially supposed to be booked with DJ REECE, but in an emergency situation Justin the owner stepped up and covered our Wedding Day!! We booked the Rivers Lodge & Hunt Club in La Cygne KS. It was a blast, and Justin was spectacular. He’s not just a DJ. After the ceremony we went straight to photos, and Justin brought my wife and I each a glass of Cabernet, and mind you he walked far to do that. Then he drove us on our golf carts back to the venue. He also made sure to remind us to eat at the reception being couples get so caught up in visiting with guests. He grabbed us food and even made sure to bring us wine at our head table to save us time. He also did such a beautiful job with the reception and music itself. We used the Cold Spark, Photo Booth, and used the Pink Uplights, it was AMAZING!!!! And let me just say on top of this, we interviewed 4-5 other DJ’s, and no one came close on price and Justin’s general fun/kind demeanor was stellar. Other DJ’s acted like they were doing us a favor by booking with them and their attitudes were a turn off. The extra fees they tried to charge were nuts and speaking with Justin just solidified it for us. Hats off to Justin for really making our ceremony/reception and the day go FANTASTIC!!!! Thanks a ton my friend!!!
