You could not have a better experience than visiting this fine establishment for all your duck/chicken culinary needs. I would give it a higher star rating if I was permitted. Quality of all products Purchased was phenomenal .Value for your dollar is exceptional. You can place your order , and can pick up promptly at their West Haven location. I highly recommend this business and THANK all the lovely people who run it. They are now my purveyor for anything DUCKY.!

I've been buying from Bella for many years now. I've primarily bought duck and charcuterie. I generally buy 2-3 dozen legs a year for duck confit, multiple whole ducks, and a lot of the moulard breasts for pan searing and smoking. The I've made my way around the internet, and from my experience, the quality of Bella product is exceptional. The size of the legs and breasts are very consistent.

I've also enjoyed duck hearts for grilling, necks and gizzards for confit (for Tacos and Salads), and duck nuts for sautéing in garlic, tomato, parsley and white wine. Now I'm digging into the whole poultry line, and from what I can tell, it's all going to be exceptional as well. The service is very friendly, the prices are always fair, and the order accuracy is 100%. Order with confidence.

Excellent, delicate and creamy duck foie gras. I spent a summer in France learning about foie gras and have finally found a nice buttery foie gras grown right here in the NE. Came in nicely wrapped individual packages and tasted very fresh. Highly recommended.
