I had such a wonderful experience at Bellacures! Anna did an absolutely perfect job on my nails—they turned out flawless. She was quick, thorough, and so professional. The salon itself is clean, the staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, and I even got to enjoy a refreshing beverage during my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to Anna—I trust her completely with my nails now. If you’re looking for amazing service and a great atmosphere, this is the place to go ?

Bellacures saved my nails for my wedding! I had originally gone to a different salon in Simi and they came out looking so sloppy. When I showed them to the girls at Bellacures compared to my inspo pic, they immediately were like heck no, we can fix those. And they did! They squeezed me in same day, had a ton of suggestions for how to achieve my dream look, and were overall incredibly kind and attentive.

Lilly did my nails and is a GENIUS. She talked through all my options, showed me how things would look on sample gel nails, and was super detail oriented. She took 2.5 hours to make sure my pearly chrome gel-x nails were PERFECT for my wedding. Even a week later, my nails still look incredible! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Got a pedicure (gelicure) and my lady was amazing! I forgot her name :(( tonya maybe?
She was very thorough and I know this pedicure will last a long time, very clean in the spa, pretty nice reception.
The only thing for me was the comfort of the chairs, they are almost like couch chairs and it’s awkward for my height to sit and have my legs comfortable during the pedicure. The techs are also sitting on a rolling stool so I can’t put my full weight on the foot stand they are sitting on without pushing them away! As always I wish the massage was a little longer but they set a 5 min timer which is nice to know you’re getting your full time.
I would come back if they had more comfortable chairs

The Westlake village location is amazing! From the cleanliness to the genuine and attentive customer service. I also value that this salon does everything from gel x, dip, bio gel and even is certified to offer dazzle dry. It was my first time in the salon and I usually get regular polish. However I was educated on the dazzle dry polish they offer. I was highly impressed by the short dry time and adherence! 2 weeks and my manicure still looks flawless! Will be coming back soon for another power polish mani ( dazzle dry). Thank you bellacures and team for giving Westlake this amazing space.

My husband and I are disappointed in the service we received. We booked lymphatic drainage mani pedis but neither of us received the deep breathing exercise or dandelion tea, my husband's nails were not shaped properly and are still uneven. The polish on my nails is thin in places and doesn't cover my whole nail, the very bottom of my nail near the cuticle was left bare on every single nail and the corners of multiple nails were also left bare. We also didn't get massages on our hands or feet at all, we only received the dry brushing, gua sha, lotion and ice roller. What we received didn't feel even close to worth $280 ($260 for the two mani pedis and $20 upcharge for fancy polish).

Amazing service from the front desk and from my nail lady!! My power polish mani came out great once again! I’m obsesssssed with the power polish it’s amazing if you don’t want gel.

Stylish interior but very disappointing manicure & pedicure. Several nails were filed to an uneven diagonal vs rounded square and polish was missing in corners. No trimming of cuticles or callus polishing as is standard elsewhere. I asked my manicurist to touch up the polish but it still looked sloppy and ended up all over my cuticles. I spent half an hour touching my nails up when I got home. When you’re spending $65 you shouldn’t have to redo your nails! I do a better job myself and when I mentioned this to the owner at checkout she didn’t apologize or do anything to try to make amends just told me how to pay and tip. Shame as I’d like to support a new business but this was a fail.

Customer service on a level I’ve never experienced !
I was ESTATIC when I called to book my appointment my spoken language English was bellacures receptionist spoken language .
It is so frustrating when you cannot communicate with a salon due to language barriers. Often what service you are hoping for does not get provided due to this
My previous salon in Newbury Park, tho it is beautiful on interior, there is NO customer service !
Owners ,husband and wife do not greet or interact with customers at all.
Nor do any of thee employees.
You are a transaction.
A means to an end !
An assembly line!
When I received mailer Friday from Bellacure , the timing was a gift from god!!!
