I walked in and the owner was very nice and welcoming! They have some good deals going on they seem to have a pretty good selection for the size of their establishment! Very interested in going back and getting a beautiful instrument. Awesome 🎼🎶🎵

A week before my daughter's school band concert, her flute was suddenly not working. She thought a piece of small pin may fall off. Since this was my first time to do any instrument repair, we called Beller's Music, based on its high review. The gentlemen answered my questions very patiently on how their repair works and said we can get the flute back in 3 business days. It was the evening after the big snowstorm, but we decided to drop off the flute at the shop right away so my daughter can get her flute back asap. As we entered the shop, the gentlemen knew that I just called and helped us promptly. He examined the flute carefully and saw that it was just because of a loosen screw. He fixed it on site in a few minutes, asked my daughter to test the flute, and it was fixed! He didn't even charge us for anything. I'm very grateful for his kindness and will definitely come back for any instruct repair in the future.

In a market that seems to favor conglomerates and franchises, Beller’s Music is a great music store! From reeds to replacement mouthpieces they are great for those quick needs. But they are also very knowledgeable. I brought to them an older cornet that needed valve repair and replacement and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They provide excellent guidance on new purchases and make recommendations without being pushy. So happy to have a local resource like this.

Wow is all I have to say! Such a life saver. Fixed our daughters trumpet overnight! This happened before and another shop did a shotty repair and took 2 weeks. Bellars made it look beyond amazing and even fixed the hack job from the previous repair. We can't thank you enough it means a lot. Any future music stuff we are coming your way.

Background: I brought a beat-up old upright bass to Beller's for repair a few years ago. Instead of taking my money, after inspecting the instrument they told me it wasn't the most cost effective path for me. Because of their honesty, I went back last week when the bridge and sound post on my new upright bass both fell.
Customer service is great. Staff knowledgeable. Work is high quality. Price was very low. Work was done promptly. Every element of the experience was ideal. I picked up on a Saturday and a short time later I had a question about the setup. I went back to the store but they had closed for the day. I was standing outside their door for a few minutes pondering what to do, when they unlocked the door to ask me if all was ok. Try getting THAT kind of service from a chain store!

I've only been in the shop a couple of times. I've played guitar for over 25 years and ukulele for three years. Each time I was looking at making a purchase and they where able to answer all my questions about the instruments I was looking to buy.

Since my original review I have purchased a banjo from them. They did a setup and gig bag for no additional cost. I would without a doubt recommend going here to buy an instrument.
