I already own 3 other BendPak lifts and the build quality and reliability of the those units has been awesome for the past 13 years. Highly recommend the BendPak line of parking and service lifts. Best in the Industry !

Lets start by giving it a 5 Star review because when it was working for 60 Days it did the job.

Here is how we got to 1 Star...

1st the delivery of the product. I purchased the item from Lowes.
Received June 4th 2024 . It arrived 5 days late and the delivery company deliverd after hours even though I begged them to deliver only during regulars business hours, They ended up leaving it outside by the warehouse overhead door in the rain. Luckily the area was somewhat protected. The next morning I was able to tear off the wet cardboard and I was happy to see it was covered in plastic so no issues there, The product was protected.
5-1 ( -1 for delivery delay and for leaving it in the rain)
Now at 4 Stars
After I got it all set up which is basically putting on the wheels fulling the resevoir and plugging it in I turned it on an hooray its working and cooling. It was 104F in Houston that Day and temp dropped to 89F in the 4000SF Warehouse within a couple hours.
End of day, Remote didnt work new batteries tried other ones still no go. Yes I know how to install batteries. Thanks Trouble shooter. I called the Cool Boss Number and they work Banker Hours and the lines are very busy. So left a message. Naturally they called back when I wasnt here so I called back and put on hold for anout an hour, Okay fine.. I won't use the remote. ( Still unresolved though)
4-1=3 Stars (All within just 24 Hours)
No Further Issues until today!
August 3rd 2024.
So 60 Days Later and the water pump and or sprayer stopped working. Called the support line no answer, just a message they are M-F 9 to 5 people. Sent an message on their support form. Once you get through selecting all the buses, traffic lights, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.
3-1 Faulty Equipment= 2
2-1 Poor Customer Service =1
Hopefully they have a service tech. I couldnt find anything on line not even a video.

I was in the market for QuickJacks. After watching several official videos, I called the company with some questions. I spoke with Dona (highly recommmended), and in a matter of minutes, not only were my questions answered completely, but she found the model I was looking for at a great price! Some of the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! Don't hesitate to call if you have any questions (ask for Dona)!

Dona Soto was very polite and very helpful. She was a delight to work with. She needs a raise.

HD9-XW lift from BendPak delivered and installed! Excellent construction and finish. Worked with Kat from Wrenchers who was very patient with me as I worked through the lift model selection. Lift was received and installed by Beck's Automotive Lift Services in Denver. Could not be happier with the results! One of my neighbors is now looking to do the same in their garage. Highly recommended.

I ordered a set of "open box" quick Jack's that were shipped from this location. They sent me the wrong ones so I called customer service and they understood and sent me replacement frames but told me to keep the pump. When the replacements arrived they were 2 completely different models and both for the same side, so I called CS again. They decided to send me a brand new set to make up for the mixup however when they arrived and I went to set them up I finally opened up the original pump and found that the controller had been cut off of it rendering it useless. So here I am 3 weeks later still without a functioning lift and waiting to here back from support now for the 3rd time.

I don't know about the product being sold here, but if you're a driver, be prepared to sit in the dock for a while. It took an hour to put one pallet on the truck. This run is and was scheduled for a pickup. WTH PEOPLE DO BETTER.

I purchased and installed the HD-9XW and have been pleased with the lift and customer support. Kat from Wrenchers was very responsive and supportive before and after the sale! At some point during the shipping process, there was a component damaged by the freight company (I'm not sure how given the great job BendPak did packing the components!). I'm happy to say Kat and the BendPak team were quick to act and provide a seamless resolution once contacted. Buy with confidence! I would definitely recommended the product and company after my experience!
