We had an incredible experience with Bent Nail. They were always prompt and great with communication. Adam is very kind and friendly, and very knowledgeable, as are all of the people who came through our home to remodel our bathroom. We had a very large project that they tackled in just a few weeks, and we are extremely happy with the results. Our dog misses Warren the tile guy terribly and wants us to say hello.

Adam and his team were excellent in almost every way imaginable.

First off, they are HIGHLY professional and responsive, proactive in making certain on an almost HOURLY basis that we were satisfied in getting what we asked for…and more. I was never left feeling “out in the cold” and the lead always managed his sub-contractors closely, making sure throughout each day that they were on task and diligent in fulfilling their roles.

Secondly, Bent Nail were craftsman of the highest order. They did not, as some firms do, settle for easy solutions that are often excused by “the owners are just too picky.” Bent Nail is picky, they think about what “going above and beyond” really means. They think about the level of detail that THEY would want in their own homes. They were creative in all their solutions to the various issues that arose throughout each job, and listened carefully to what it was we wanted.

Thirdly, they are friendly and respectful. The Team made sure we were comfortable while they were there, were respectful, and gave us space for privacy when we needed it.

Forth, the are compassionate and understanding. We had been neglected by a previous contractor whose work was sub-par and destructive to our existing structure. Bent Nail worked hard to repair that damage and was reasonable in the cost to do so.

Finally, they were reasonable in their cost. They were realistic in their estimate, and while not cheap (in the bad way,) they were affordable and their rates reflect the professionalism and craftsmanship they apply to any given job. In short, they are worth every penny. I felt confident in spending my hard-earned capital on their efforts.
