BUYER BEWARE! Royalty purple raspberry arrived today with black cane and shriveled black leaves. Insane what I paid for this diseased stick. I sent photos and requested refund and to just cut below the black and it will be fine but the black is all over the plant. Each leaf coming out of the plant are black all the way to the base of the plant except for two at the top. Website shows they will refund if unhappy with plant but they will not give a refund. Seller states the plant was burnt during shipping due to hot weather but this issue was clearly not caused during shipping. The top 3 inches are completely black and rotting to the core. Glad I only ordered one plant but the cost was outrageous for shipping and handling. I will never order from them again. I'm going to toss the plant and not take any chances putting some nasty disease into my soil.

I love this company! I've ordered from them 3 times now and everything comes in great shape, ready for planting. They're happy to answer any questions and have an awesome selection with all the important information you need to know if it's a good fit for you and your grow zone. Some even come with flowers! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality berry plants! 6 stars!!

Purchased a Yellow Anne's Raspberry, Logan Berry and traditional red Raspberries from them. I had some issues with the Anne's yellow due to the shipping company used to delivery my plants but I reached out and emailed them and they made up for it by sending me another plant free of charge! Great customer service, replied quickly to my email. Highly recommended, just reach out to them if you have any issues they have great customer service.

I ordered a couple of the smaller sized raspberry bushes to add to my collection of different varieties. They came fast, and well packaged. I just took those photos and they’re both fruiting and thriving. I just ordered another different one cause I liked the plants I have already

This is an honest review from my years of experience with Berries unlimited!
I live in South Dakota no where close to them. I have no relationship with them and found them thru the internet and I consider myself lucky!
I started with Goji berries a few years ago and they arrived on time heathy and all year last year they produced like crazy. They actually made it thru a South Dakota winter with ease and are loaded with flowers right now.
Then I tried my hand at strawberries, I’m new to South Dakota so growing here is very different, I’m from south Florida and I’m used to more tropical things like mangoes and avocados. All the strawberries thrived and was very happy with everything from packing, shipping as well as customer service!
I saw the honey berries a few years ago but did not venture into them until this year. I started with 4 Japanese varieties and the second I planted them they lost all their leaves and looked dead, I have never heard of summer dormancy before but I did my research and Berries Unlimited was also very helpful. I then got 3 more Japanese varieties for a total of seven , some just started coming back and looking alive again. Today I received 3 more for a total of 10!!
I have no doubt that they are all healthy specimens! Every delivery was well packed on time no issues whatsoever.
I want to add that I always read reviews before I buy from a company and the reviews where there was an issue from my point of view Berries Unlimited always says send it back with our prepaid mailer and from the reviews no one does. Why is that. If they are so bad then send back. I know I would. So the only thing my common sense tells me is they really were not that bad or after these people complained they did their research but I’m a nobody who knows. My experience has been top notch.

I would have no issues ordering again and again and I believe if I had a REAL issue they would make it right. No doubt whatsoever!!

I am so lucky to have found this great farm. I have placed two orders now and they are very generous with there time as well as sell a quality product at a fair price. I received my orders very promptly and they were packed as well as it could be. I’ve sent there customer service a few questions as I’m new to a lot of this and got a good response very promptly. They sell a quality product and have a lot of items you don’t find elsewhere. I recommend them highly.
Look forward to the upcoming season for these healthy plants!

Plants (blackberry and raspberry) arrived with what appear to be clear signs of contagious fungal infection. Customer support says the spots are from either the heat of transport or overhead watering, and then grey lessions that are also consistent with fungal infection are “new growth”.

Not one of my pre-existing raspberry plants has grey lessions, and I can’t find any sources saying heat or watering causes this type of leaf spot. I repeatedly asked for any documentation saying this could be anything other than fungal.

More than this, the plants are more pruned than any other I’ve ever seen- almost all leaves removed from the raspberry- it sure looks like someone was trying to cover up a fungal infection.

They have said I can return the plants, but this involves shipping almost certainly infected plants back to their nursery, presumably to pass on to someone else. The pruning, multiple species being effected, and telling me it couldn’t be fungal before even seeing pictures all tell me this is nursery wide, and that they know and don’t care that they are selling plants which may infect other plants you grow.
