I called for an appt, and though it wasn't an emergency, they were able to send someone out that afternoon! Mr Jewel (Randy!) was very prompt, friendly and helpful. He thoroughly checked out our system, explained his actions and provided excellent advice! We are now on Besel's Service Plan and look forward to working with them.

Keith showed up 30 minutes early (big plus) for our appointment and inspected a fireplace inset that hadn't been used in over 10 years. He was able to explain it's use and controls assuring me that it was operational thus setting my mind at ease. He also gave me good advice for chimney inspection and the employment of a chimney sweep (separate company) to finalize my preparations for use this winter. Keith was friendly and knowledgeable and the consultation fee was fair and affordable. I definitely give Besel five stars for their service. Thanks guys.

Keith was very knowledgeable and kind. I called today and had an appointment set up for 1:00 pm Keith contacted me prior to the appointment and asked if he could arrive sooner. I was ecstatic! He was able to diagnose the problem and explain the steps needed to correct the issue

Randy was awesome!! He thoroughly went through the furnace and humidifier inspection. He talked to me the whole way through, identifying potential problems and things to watch for in the maintenance of the system. Really professional and thorough!!
I’ll use Besel’s over and over because they’re not trying to sell me something I don’t need.
