Santiaga is an amazing manager, the storage facility is never dirty, I don't see any bugs, I have been with best choice storage for 7 months and I would say it has been an incrediblely pleasant experience. This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and she was paitent and understanding with all the questions I had, and was able to explain everything in a way I could understand. Anytime something changes I am emailed and informed, she works very hard to keep the place the way it is and it shows.

We moved up here last October and needed a storage place quick and reasonably $$$. Came across this place, came and took a look at it, got a great deal, and signed the deal. The staff is great, the units are good, and the grounds are gated and kept up nice. In fact we ate even planning on moving into one of their bigger 'warehouse type' units here shortly.

Love this place. Amazing staff. Friendly and very helpful. Great security on site. Storage facility is very clean inside and out. Very easily accessible to all units. Easy to drive into and out of at the gates. Would highly recommend to anyone. Rodent and pest free is a bonus!!

I also am one who has been with Best Choice Storage 1 for many years. I have had several units with them and never had any problems. The management has kept the business location in good shape with few if any noticeable problems. The local manager Diana is great to deal with and has been quite helpful to me over the years. I would choose this company again to do business with.

I have been with Best Choice storage for quite some time now. The process for getting a unit is really easy, Diana has always been extremely professional, very nice, welcoming and answere any questions or concerns you may have. The site is gated and has 24hr security, Has always been clean both inside and out, Never have had any issues with pests or anything. I highly recommend them as I will always choose and trust Best Storage to store my things. Thank you Diana for such great service!
