I recently had my roof replaced. From start to finish Chris, from Best Construction, was a true professional. The work was done with great care to my yard and home. I was so pleased with the results and quality of the work. Three days after completing the work we received 4 inches of rain and for the first time in years I had no problems in the house. I am very pleased with my new roof. Chris and his crew were at my house early in the morning and the work started immediately. I was amazed by how fast it all happened. The old roof was off very swiftly and before I knew it Chris and his crew were prepping for the new roof to go on. When they left my house that afternoon there was no sign that they had been here, and except my beautiful new roof! They cleaned up anything that had fallen onto the ground, I was very pleased. Extremely happy with Chris and his staff. Their attention to detail and taking the extra steps to ensure all is done correctly is unsurpassed. The “Dover White House” is slowly being reborn again thanks to Best Construction. They arrive on time and when to work immediately. Chris was onsite and ensure all was done correctly. The best acknowledgment a true professional can receive is when clients friends, neighbors and complete strangers stop by to complement on how well the house look with the new roof.

To begin, I have to say that Chris, owner of Best Construction, was very professional, knowledgeable, accurate, and efficient. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Chris and his crew showed up on time each day and got right to work. Also, Chris was on site daily working with the crew. The roof and gutter leaf protection was completed in two days as promised. Upon completion, all debris, including nails, was removed. When the crew left after day 2, there was absolutely no indication that roofing work had gone on. I highly recommend Best Construction!

Best Construction installed our roof 13 years ago and we still couldn't say enough great things about them. One of my biggest compliments is that they are responsive. If i have a minor repair, they respond immediately and come out to fix when they say they will be there. Customer service is top notch.

Best exceeded expectations of Sussex County contractors from the very beginning. Chris showed up for the estimate on time and followed up a week or so after sending his quote. Once I signed up with him he was able to move some things around and get to me quicker than expected. I stressed the importance of cleanup with Chris and could not find a trace of his crew after they left. Best Construction comes highly recommended from me.
