Excellent product and very easy to install, but there was virtually no communication after I placed my order. I had no idea how long it would take to fill the order and I wasn't provided with any information about the delivery date.

I own a construction company and I have used Best Custom Screens a few times now. They have great prices compared to their competitors. That is a big plus because when you are in business or even a home owner you are always trying to save $$$. I placed a service request a few times when I was stuck on a project were I was not sure what to do and they did a great job. I will add that you do have to call them to make sure you are on their schedule and they will take care of you (Don't be lazy, call them). To be honest their service is still better then some other companies I called that will put you on a waiting list for a very long time. Other then that I like them and their products are good. I will continue to use Best Custom Screens.

Best Custom Screens was recommended to me by another contractor. When ever I have a project that has sliding screens or window coverings I just order from them and put a service call in. Best Custom Sreens have good quality products and they know what they are doing. I just let thme take care of the installation. This takes all of the guess work out of my projects and I can focouse on other things.

I ordered a sliding screen door. The order was processed very timely, and it shipped right away. The order was exact on the screen dimensions and I had it installed with no problems.
