Our service engineer, Stuart, was on time for the arranged service to our system, He was very knowledgeable about our system and answered any questions we put to him regarding what our policy grade covered, individual items that were covered, and the odd items that may not be covered due the age of the boiler system. All in all he showed a very pleasant attitude, was very polite. he kept the workplace very clean and left no mess especially as it was raining outside. Thank you Stuart, and thanks BHE plumbing and heating services, many years to come.

I had a large burst in a holiday home and time was critical due to the imminent arrival of the next guests. I contact BHE and their engineer Connor Wilson arrived around an hour or so later. He was brilliant, friendly and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble.The leak was fixed and I was able to prepare the property in time for the next guests.I was recommend this business to anybody & I have done. Connor you are an asset to the company. Thanks very much.

I have used BHE for many years on two different properties for boiler serving. They are professional and efficient in the office and keep you informed. The engineers are always polite, timely and knowledgeable and do a good job. The paperwork is sorted without delay and they provide a very competitive service.

Called BHE to arrange my boiler and Central Heating annual service. Stuart & Conner completed the works and were both very professional and courteous. The works were complete to a high standard and were both very meticulous and left the areas spotless.
