A lot of people warned us that we wouldn’t love the home building process—that it would be stressful and overwhelming. That was not our experience, and we have Bickimer Homes to thank for that. From day one, Brad, Kristen, Cory and the entire team were incredibly communicative, patient, and organized. They made what could’ve been a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. We’re so grateful for their partnership in building our dream home in Lenexa, and we’d recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home builder!

We really enjoyed building with Bickimer and couldn't be happier with our home! We absolutely love the floor plan and felt like we got so much more for our money than with the other builders we looked at. The quality and craftsmanship shows and the process was incredibly smooth and easy. Communication with Jon and team was amazing, and even when there were issues with subs, it was taken care of promptly. We actually really enjoyed the process of building this time around and can't wait to have them come back and finish the basement when the time comes.

We built with Bickimer beginning in 2021 and moved into our home in late 2022. Overall, the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Of course there are hiccups along the way when working with so many different contractors/vendors/etc., but we so appreciated Bickimer's responsiveness and attentiveness to our needs.

I read a lot of reviews from other builders, and I think something that really stands out with Bickimer is their financial transparency. There was never a time where we felt blindsided by something with them. They went through the contact page-by-page with us and specifically pointed out the clauses about material price increases, what happens if there is a natural disaster during building, etc. They were SO thorough and transparent when it came to matters relating to money which really set us up to have reasonable expectations.

Our project manager, Nathan, was wonderful to work with. We have now passed our warranty period and Cory was wonderful as well. Honestly, everyone we interacted with from Bickimer was really great. Our home is beautiful and we are so so happy we chose to build with them. The experience makes me want to build again in the future and we wouldn't even consider building with anyone else.

They provided tenured pleasant contacts at each of their 3rd party providers who provided valuable and pertinent advice during selections.
The craftsmanship involved in every facet of this home is top notch… Pella casement windows were standard in my model, and the trim work is fabulous.
Bickimer provides you with an app to capture every question/answer and they added regular progress photos to the app during the build.
Every single Bickimer employee I interacted with was friendly and 100% interested in my satisfaction, never waited longer than an hour for a response to any question.
I love my new Bickimer home, not one regret or one sleepless night!

We just moved here and wouldn't have been able to find all the contractors in a reasonable time. We would recommend Bickimer homes to anyone seeking a refresh or new construction.

We moved to KC from out of state and vetted out a handful of home builders. After doing our research we chose to work with Bickimer and build a new home. Fast forward 6 months and we are in our new home and extremely happy. The entire team was wonderful to work with. The communication and attention to detail every step of the way was incredible. Meanwhile we would hear horror stories from our friends in the area about building with other builders (charging insane change fees, not returning calls, and making horrible design decisions on their behalf - yikes!) We had a great experience! This was our first time building and had heard horror stories about the build process (with other builders). It was a long process but it was done professionally and on time as promised. When issues came up our project manager and the bickimer team made sure issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.
