If you’re looking for a realtor that keeps your best interest at heart, pays attention to your needs and wants, without a shadow of a doubt has your back then Tucker is your guy. Tucker has been with me on my house hunt for a while now and we finally found the home I’ve been holding out for. We purchased a home in Fredonia ks with 2 car garage an shop through the bill white realty with the help of Tucker. Everything was going good until the inspector found electrical issues.
The house needed rewiring, so an electrician was found to rewire the house. But now we have no electricity in the shop, the shed, and only a few outlets work in the garage. The outlet behind the stove was laying behind the stove not even hooked up and bare wires showing with no wire caps on them.
All this was working when we went through the house 2 times pryor and we took the words of Tucker that all was done.
When we use any lights in the house they constantly flicker. The master closet has a light but no way to turn it on or off.
The house was so filthy, we had to clean before we could move in. Trash was left in garage , shed an shop. We have never lived in home that dirty an trashy. Realtor keep saying I don't think they would clean it up. We had to be out of our place by the 20th with no place to go. They had us between a rock an a hard spot. The Realtor new we were not happy an kept making excuses. There is also a so called burn pit with trash an huge concrete chucks that neither I or my wife can lift. We asked the Realtor to have it cleaned up. Because it is blocking the big gate to the back yard. Pile is still there......we feel we got screwed over. All this stuff that went on , all we got was excuses. Everything was working when we looked at it. Now nothing is working. The owner new all these issues an would not cooperate. Or the Realtor didn't ask them to fix everything. Now we are stuck having to pay an electrician to try an fix the one problem. It took us four trys to get it closed thinking the issues were fixed, but nope. We can't even cook till the problem is fixed.
So needless to say we are not happy at all. It should of never been up for sale till these problems were taken care of.
It felt like the Realtor was working for them an not us a client.
There are other issues that I have not addressed here.
On top of that all 4 homes that my wife and I looked WE found, our Realtor didn't then he would say he never seen those homes listed.
Now WE have to find a real electrician that is licensed and pay out of pocket.
SO TO ALL YOU BROTHER VETERANS OUT THERE, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use these realtors at least not not Tucker.
All we hear from him is ( Well it past appraisal finally). The so called electrician that supposedly did the work, we were told is not even licensed, he just went to the courthouse and bought a permit to do the work.
