Made an appointment for a simple license update. Came in was told I had to wait in line just like the people without an appointment. Got to the window and was given a number to go sit back in line. This place has been like this for over 10 years. The slowest most inefficient licensing office you could ever go to. I hope I never have to go back to the Bishop DMV.

What is the point of having an appointment here?!

I made this appointment a while ago, took time off work for it, arrived 20mins earlier than my appointment and still didn’t even get to attend my appointment.

There is no “appointment only” line. You have to get in line with everyone else. If your appointment is at a busy time, you’re pretty much screwed.

I gave myself an hour!

To get a new ID all they have to do is verify the documents that I had already got approved online, take my photo, get my signature and my payment.

It is even stated online that this takes 10 to 30 minutes MAX.

I eventually had to give up to make it back to work. What a waste of my time that was.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The representatives lack communication skills, unfriendly, snobby type attitudes. Please find a different job. People come to the DMV to get assistance that you can't get online only to be met with "we can't help you here" type of attitude. DMV DO BETTER.

Dealing with the DMV has always been a pain but the people at this office are all rude and unpleasant. The DMV procedures have also changed to make the service even worse.

Surprisingly great 👍 why? Because they work and do their jobs as quickly as possible...not like down south, they don't serve the people, they chat chat chat and ignore that you're even there to conduct a transaction! Thank you Bishop DMV Gals you Rock!!!
