I have worked with Michael for several years on the installation and support of a lighting automation system in my office, and a total automation system in our home that controls lighting, hvac, security, surveillance and entertainment, and I can say he and his company, Blue Acorn, are true professionals. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and passionate about his field. Most important, as I most recently experienced, is his timeliness and excellent customer service in a time of need, specifically a lightning strike at our home that wiped out most of our system. His responsiveness got us up and running quickly for the most urgent systems, and subsequently, continued support even while on a family vacation. True dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend Blue Acorn and Michael if you want a small, customer service oriented company that can meet your needs quickly and efficiently.

Mike P did a terrific job with our out dated WiFi modem system that caused serious problems with sending and receiving e mails, texts and phone calls. He returned calls, set a date for his visit, texted to confirm appointment and arrived on time. He fully accessed our problems, help us get through to Xfinity and confirm that they had the parts that we need . The parts were picked up and Mike returned later in the day to connect us. The job was done smoothly and efficiently and everything worked!
Mike texted the next day to make sure that everything worked.
All was very well done. Positive, professional and everything works well!
Highest recommendation.
