I hired Blue City Construction, led by Hector, the general contractor, to demolish an old house and build a new one. My initial interactions with Hector were positive. He was communicative and seemed very promising.

However, as the construction process got underway, things started to deteriorate. Hector began to disappear for weeks at a time, severely disrupting the project timeline. Whenever he was contacted about these absences, his responses was full of excuses. He never took responsibility for his actions.

What was initially projected to be a six-month job extended to over 18 months. This not only caused great inconvenience but also put a strain on my time and resources. In the end I had to fire him.

My experience with Blue City Construction and Hector turned out to be the worst business experience I've ever had. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I was in the process of making a first time purchase on a home. The place was in need of Major repairs and upgrades. Hector came in on a walk thru of the place. And gave me insights on the things that needed to be done. He gave me cost brake down on the project. He was very professional , and attentive to my needs. I didn’t go thru the project because of last minute financing on the home. The next home that I will obtain. I will sure hire Blue City Construction for my Renovations needs !

Fraudulent. Took my money and kept delaying things until he eventually just ghosted me entirely. Just straight up disappeared and didn't return calls/texts. Would be lawsuit worthy but wasn't enough money to make it worth it.
